李家楼煤矿主斜井带式输送机改造设计

摘要: 针对李家楼煤矿主斜井带式输送机启动过程中的打滑、变坡处飘带的现象进行了全面的理论分析,通过分析得知液压自动拉紧装置的张紧力设置偏小和变坡处输送带凹弧曲率半径不足是导致带式输送机打滑和飘带的根本原因。根据理论分析、试验结果,重新调整带式输送机软启动时间,增加液压自动拉紧装置的张紧力,在变坡处加装压带转载装置,通过一系列改进措施实现了带式输送机安全可靠运行,可为其他矿井解决同类型问题提供实践经验。

Abstract: The paper analyzed the reasons for the start slipping and belt floatation at the knick points of belt conveyor in main inclined shaft of Li jia lou coal mine . According to the analysis,the lower tensioning force of the hydraulic automatic tensioning device and the lower curvature radius of the concave arc of conveyer belt were the root cause of the start slipping and belt floatation of belt conveyor. Based on the theoretical analysis and test results,some improving measures were put farward,such as changing soft-starting time of belt conveyor,increasing the tension of the hydraulic automatic tensioning device and using press belt transshipment device at the knick points. The belt conveyor ran safely and reliably. It provided valuable practical experience for other mines to solve the similar problems.
